Our company is hiring an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to provide excellent customer service to clients.

• We are looking for a result-driven retail Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales.

• You should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction.

• To be successful as a Sales associate, you should stay up-to-date with product features and maintain our store’s visual appearance in high standards.

• Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older
• Customer service experience
• High School Diploma or GED

• Able to do maintain efficient store operations independently

• Managing in a busy/fast paced environment

• Ability to manage multiple task at once

• Good communicator/personal skills with customers and employees

• Talent for leadership, personnel training, coaching, and development

• Operational and financial management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
